Are all medications free?

No, some medications are not available free they can be obtained at a low cost or with discount cards that you use at a local pharmacy.


How do I pay for low cost prescriptions?

Your co-pays are paid to the Manufacturer's assistance program by check, money order or credit card.


How much medication will I receive?

Your medication will usually come in a three month supply. Though, some medications are only sent one month at a time.


How long will it take to get my medication?

The Manufacturer works as quickly as they can to get your medication to you. However, it can take up to 6 weeks so it is best to fully complete your application forms in legible handwriting so we can apply for your assistance as soon as possible.


How long will they send me medication?

That is determined on a case by case basis by the Manufacturer. Some cases are known to last for many years but, please understand that the programs can be changed or discontinued at any time.


How do I get my medication refilled?

Some medications need a new application every time they are filled. Usually, no additional proof of income is needed within the calendar year. Others only take a phone call or a mail in form. The refill system is individual to the Manufacturer's program. There is generally refill information in the package with your medication when it is delivered.


How do I receive my medication?

Some Manufacturers medications are received in the mail or delivered to your home by courier service (UPS, FEDEX or DHL) Others require that your medication be shipped to your Doctor's office; generally there is no appointment necessary to retrieve it.
